Refund policy

We address returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis but always want to come to a fair solution, but please keep in mind that this a very small business.
  • We accept requests for returns up to 7 days after delivery.
  • If your order arrives damaged: Fill out the contact form with your order number and description of the condition. (You may be asked to provide a photo of the item’s condition in a follow-up email.)
  • There are no refunds available for digital products.
  • If the item is unused and in its original condition: We will refund the full order minus shipping costs.
